Collaboration 2.0. A Next Generation Model of Better, Consumer-Focused Partnership
It is more important today than ever for grocers and suppliers to improve how they collaborate together to develop and execute high impact merchandising plans that delight shoppers and drive increased sales and profits. This session will explore the barriers preventing trading partners from improving how they work together; immediate steps and a longer-term roadmap to make collaboration more impactful and customer-focused; and examples of best practice collaboration in the industry today that other grocers and suppliers can adopt. A panel of executive leaders from Kroger and three of their suppliers, Kraft, Coca-Cola, and the Campbell Soup Company, will share examples of how they are working towards a new mode of improved collaboration—Collaboration 2.0.
