When was Market6 formed?
Market6® was founded in 2006 by a group of seasoned retail analytics experts with decades of experience building demand forecasting and other analytic solutions for retailers and CPG companies.
Building on their leadership experience at companies like ACNielsen, IRI and others, the team formed Market6 to help create better demand forecasting applications based on next day access to a retailer’s complete set of daily store/item level sales and inventory data.
Over the years, Market6 has worked with many of the leading grocers and consumer goods companies on analytics projects. Along the way the company has accumulated rich expertise and extensive intellectual property on how best to build and deploy retail analytics solutions, all of which are now available to other retailers and consumer goods companies. In 2016, Market6 merged with 84.51° to deliver more personalized shopping experience for Kroger customers.
